Dear Founder,
You didn't build your firm to become its most expensive employee.
Yet here you are.
The 12-hour days. The 6:47 PM moment when the strategic work finally starts. The quiet voice at the end of long days that asks a question you don't answer out loud.
That voice is not weakness. It is intelligence.
It is the part of you that already knows: you have outgrown the way you've been working. Not because you failed. Because you succeeded so thoroughly that the business now depends on your physical presence in every corner of it.
What follows is not a services catalogue. It is an architecture.
It is the system we built for women exactly like you — women running 3 to 25 employee service firms between $250K and $3M, who have discovered that scale is impossible when you are the operating system.
Read this the way you read a contract. Then decide whether you want to sign a new one — with yourself.
We call it the Good Girl Tax. The invisible cost of being the woman who was praised for handling it all.
Ten-plus hours a week absorbed into scheduling, follow-ups, client updates, and inbox triage. Work that creates no equity. Work that could be systematized in a weekend — but never is, because there is no weekend.
You are the sole approval authority for everything — from $50 vendor invoices to final client deliverables. Every "quick question" from your team costs you 8–12 minutes of cognitive re-entry, and they arrive in clusters.
Your CRM doesn't talk to your calendar. Your calendar doesn't talk to your project tool. So you become the API — the human integration layer that holds it all together, and the one who re-explains the same context six times a day.
This is not a character flaw. It is a missing architecture.
Holds the context of your business. Drafts, researches, recalls, sequences, remembers. The second brain you have been carrying in your own head for too long.
Executes what the Ally drafts. Schedules, triages, updates, follows up, confirms. The hands that do the work the intelligence has already prepared.
Strategy. Relationships. Pricing. Hiring. The four to six decisions per week that actually move the firm. Everything else is negotiable.
We will never ask you to give up Layer 3. That is the point.
A 90-second intake — not a form, a conversation with the platform. You tell us what your firm does, who you serve, and where the friction lives.
The AI Context Vault seeds with your firmographic profile, your client list, your brand voice, and your constraints. Your human Ally reads the same context.
A one-page visual showing exactly what your Ally handles, what your human Ally executes, and what stays with you. The document every founder wishes she had on Day 1.
A strategy handshake call configures your workflow handoffs. Your Ally is live and executing tasks within three business days of that call.
Balance Score, reclaimed hours, active tasks, revenue pipeline — all live. Not a weekly report. A daily, real-time window into the business that is finally running without you in every corner of it.
Everything the system knows about your firm — your clients, your rates, your voice, your constraints. Sealed, encrypted, held in founder custody. Cannot be reconstructed if you leave.
The one-page visual that ends the "what should I delegate?" question. Three columns — Ally, Human Ally, You — with specific tasks named. Print it. Pin it.
Ten-plus hours returned per week, tracked on your dashboard with a live number. Updated in real-time, per task, per hour, per week.
The numbers matter less than the process. This is what your Ally went through before you met her.
Résumé, references, and a written problem-solving assessment. Filters for communication clarity and professional judgment.
A timed, task-based evaluation in your industry vertical. Not a test of tool knowledge — a test of whether she can solve a real problem the way a senior operations person would solve it.
A 45-minute interview with a senior DeepShui team member, focused on judgment, communication, and the ability to hold a boundary with a client. A VA who cannot say no to a client is not a VA — she is a liability.
Communication and boundary management (40h). Data security and confidentiality (30h). AI tooling and Delegation Architecture (50h). Business diagnostics and strategic context (40h).
Before your Ally meets you, she is trained on your firm's context: your clients, your rates, your voice, your constraints. She arrives already knowing your business.
If your Ally is unavailable — for any reason — we will match you with a replacement within five business days. Your Delegation Map, your Ally context memory, your preferred workflows, and your historical task log transfer automatically. You will not re-explain your business.
This is not a marketing promise. It is an operating SLA. It is written into every DeepShui Ally engagement. And if your Ally is not the right fit, you can request a rematch within the first 30 days. No penalty. No re-onboarding fee.
Every tier includes your AI Ally, your human Ally, the Delegation Architecture Map, and weekly check-ins for the first month. Nothing is hidden. Nothing requires a call to learn.

For the founder who wants the thinking before the system.
For the founder in the 3–25 employee Burnout Zone who is ready to stop being the bottleneck.
For the founder who wants to own, not just work.

The Ally does not replace a key hire. It replaces the 10–15 hours of work that a key hire would be doing instead of the work you hired them for.
"Before DeepShui and SB1 Ally, I was the bottleneck for every project decision. Integrating the AI business memory and the VA delegation framework returned 16 hours a week to my calendar. For the first time in four years, I took a five-day vacation without taking my laptop."
"I stopped being the approval authority for $50 expenses. The firm didn't fall apart. It grew 22% in the next quarter — because I started spending my time on the things only I could do."
"My no-show rate went from 32% to 9% because the automated confirmation loops finally worked without me managing them. That one change paid for the entire Ally package in the first month."
That is not a projection. That is the arithmetic.
Is my Ally a bot or a human?
Both. The Ally is an AI layer that holds your business context and drafts the work, and a human Virtual Ally who executes the parts that require judgment and warmth. You interact with your human Ally. She works with the AI. You will always know which one you are speaking with.
How fast can I start?
The 14-day trial begins the moment you complete registration. Your AI Ally is configured within your first session. Your human Ally is matched within five business days.
What if my Ally and I are not a good fit?
You can request a rematch within the first 30 days. No penalty. No re-onboarding fee. This is part of the continuity guarantee.
What happens to my data?
All contact and client data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, scoped to your tenant, and never shared across accounts. The master key is held in founder custody — not in a vendor’s control plane. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. No contracts. No cancellation fee.
Do you work in my timezone?
Yes. Allys are matched to your working hours. If you operate across multiple timezones, we match to your primary one.
What if I need more hours than my tier?
Additional capacity is available at $18/hour and requires approval. You will never be auto-billed for overages.
What tools does my Ally work in?
The tools you already use. Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Calendly, Notion, Asana, Trello, QuickBooks, HubSpot — and dozens more. If we don’t support a tool, we will learn it during onboarding.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in the trial.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose: continue in Ally Starter at $97/month, upgrade to Ally Pro at $197/month, or pause. There is no auto-charge. There is no card on file unless you enter it.
If you do not reclaim at least 10 hours in your first 30 days, we will refund every dollar. Not because we think you will fail. Because we are certain you will not.
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Your data is yours, and if you leave, you can export it and we will delete it.
Your business memory and client database are encrypted at the field level with AES-256-GCM. The master key is held in founder custody — not in a vendor's control plane, not in a developer's .env file.
Every access is logged to an immutable, hash-chained audit trail. Every action is attributable to a named identity. This is not what most VA agencies do. It is what enterprise software does.
SOC 2-aligned · GDPR-ready · CCPA-compliant · TCPA-compliant
No credit card. No contract. No setup fee. The first thing you will do is complete the Delegation Architecture Map. It takes 20 minutes. By the end of it, you will see — for the first time — exactly what you have been carrying.
